The Blog

about-neverland

A very warm welcome to Brenda Rochelle’s Neverland! Brenda Rochelle’s Neverland is a blog created and written by Brenda Rochelle. Prior to Brenda Rochelle’s Neverland, I blogged at Wander Neverland for a year and it took me a long time to finally change the original name to Brenda Rochelle’s Neverland.

The name of this blog is inspired by the magical land in Peter Pan story. A land full of imaginations and dreams that need to be explored—or wandered. Neverland is a land where children won’t grow up and children always have many imaginations. Neverland is a place where dreams are born and time is never planned.

img_20160913_185503I hope that this blog can explore many imaginations and dreams. Not only to explore but also to inspire. Not because we must not grow up, but because we must always have our imaginations like those children. Peter Pan and Neverland has inspired me—hopefully, all the readers too—to always have hope, imaginations, and dreams.

Brenda Rochelle’s Neverland is a blog about my daily thoughts. I write reviews about anime, books, films, manga, and TV series. At least for now, because I might write other reviews as well. But who knows, right? Edogawa Conan once said that “There’s no such thing as a perfect person in this world.” Therefore, I won’t be afraid to not write perfectly, because perfection only exists in a fairy tale. Even though we can and allow to believe and wish in fairy tales, we have to face the flaws in reality. Because even some flaws are good. Like Emma Watson said, “There’s nothing interesting about looking perfect.” And since my native language is Bahasa Indonesia, there would be some wrong grammar and wrong spelling along the way. I hope you don’t mind about it. However, I am trying my best to be better and better. I will try doing the best that I can and I will keep on learning so I can produce better writing in the future. It may not be perfect but I wish it can inspire all the readers.

“There are three ways to do things. The right way, the wrong way, the way I do it.” Anonymous

There are so many stories yet to be told and unfold. I hope you will tag along for the ride of walking through my labyrinth of life and will be inspired and enjoyed your time here.

Thank you for visiting this disordered blog. 😊
